Harrashing by collection Dept of SBI Credit Card

Since May'09 I have a dispute with SBI credit card. I have sent email and called so many times to customer care. Every time they said your complain in under process. It will be resolved soon. Now from last one month collection dept using abusing language and threatening me. They don't want to understand my dispute. They just asking me to sattle the case. What should I do?
