i have a account with hdfc bank and they issue a credit card to me behalf of credit card since i received my credit card i have not receiving my statement two or three time i complained for this but there is no solution from than i discontinue my payments after three to four months they started thereting me for payment fro their recovery department they call me for payments i alwaly told them give me all my statement and i will pay you full amount some times they commeted me for statement and ask for margin payment i gave them but still they are not provide me my statement some time they send me my statement but no all only four five months from them i discontinue margin payment but in april 15th when i go for cash withdrawal from my account than i shock to know that they hold my money from9th of april without information or notice i ask to manager for that he say that he don't know about it fro than i have so many round to my branch but they don't solved my problem i want to ask is it the way to get payment without informing to customer i know that how many problem i face that day to pay that money to someone i commeted the some of money is 75,975 i take this money on interest from private financer t

You need to learn book-keeping and maintaining your accounts. Even if you do not get any statement, you should know the debits on your credit card and make regular payments.
You may now send them a registered letter asking for the statement of credit card as well as that of your account. If they do not provide the same within two weeks, you may file a complaint with the District Consumer Forum. If they provide you the statement, reconcile all the entries and chose your further course of action.
