Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

First of all, thanks for helping, i just needed to find out one more thing. they say that the principal amount is 58,000, and with fine it is 84,000 and the settlement amount is 36,000. So if i talk to the bank or court about the installments. what amount would i have to pay? The settlement amount, the principle amount or the fine amount?

you check the legality of every head of account they claim. why fine and settlement amount are there. it has to be one. You should first write to ombudsman or write to mediation centre for pre litigation mediation
