Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

hi,

I have not paid my credit card bills due to financial troubles and i have asked banks to give sometime to make the payment and idid not get any response from them yet.

Please advise are there any chances for them to send gundas to my home for physical harrassement inorder to collect the payment

you may seek legal help in case the recovery agents trouble you. you may approach the police or the magistrate for help and regarding the payment, you may wait for the bank to file the case and then ask the judge for easy instalments.
