Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi,

I recently applied for CITIBANK credit card as I have my salary account with them. I got the following response from the bank.

We have reviewed your application. We regret to inform you that we arecurrently unable to approve your application for a Citibank Card, asfeedback from Credit Bureau of India Ltd (CIBIL) does not meet ourminimum credit criteria.Please note this does not mean negative credit feedback.

I have never had a credit card nor have taken any personal loan. Please advise.

sort this out with CIBIL. send them a mail asking them about your credit information
