Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi

Please Let me know may i go Advocate for settlement. If i go means whether my name is put in CIBIL or not. How to remove my name from CIBIL I have credit card in the bank where my salary credited. whether they block my salary. How to solve my problem. The total due is 1 lac 20 thousads. Please advice.
