I am holding almost all the banks Creditcards, I am facing problem with one of the credit card company. Please let me know what to do..

the problem is from day one I am not getting bills on time and I have reported many times to CCare and I didnot get good response from them so I am not using that card not frequency, as usual one month also they didnot send me bill on time and I thought I have not used the card after four days of my due date I received the call from CCare saying I am having outstanding of 320 rupees , I asked them details they said that I need to contact phone-banking for details and I called them and explain the problem saying I am not getting the bill on time and could you tell me details of my transition and they said that they application are having problem at that moment and they said that they will send me the duplicate copy by post and I inform that since I didnt get the bill on time I am not aware of my outstanding amount so dont charge any late charge, because its fault from your end and the phone-banking execute also agreed to withdraw the late charges and within two days I got the duplicate bill by post and I paid the outstand amount (due date is 1st and call from CCare is 5th and got the dul bill on 8th drop the cheque on 11th cleared on 13th )( 320 Rs) and next month same thing happen I received the call and they said that I am having some outstanding that time I am sure that I have not used the card. then I called the phonebanking and told the whole story and that time the person said that he cant cancel the late charge and I have explain them that its there fault but still they want me to pay.. then I got angry and I cut the phone and then I cut the card in the drop it the ATM box and I didnot received call for some 5 to 6 months then one fine day I recieved call saying that you need to pay the outstanding amount of 1576 and I start getting call saying you have pay i explain the full story then also " no you have pay otherwise you name will be blacklist" once they start threading saying like this I clearly said that I cant pay not even single rupees for which I am not spend or I am not response ..its going for past 18 month now the amount have come to 2567 Rs now they are threating me saying they are going to file case.. please suggest what to do..
