if a husband records ( audio & video) of his wife, after severe harassing her mentally and physically to the peak extent, inorder to prove her as mentall illness, where the wife dont have any support and was house arrested for months...will the recorded audio and video counts as proofs or not? husband is asking for divorce on the grounds of mental incurable illness and wife is not ready for divorce

unless the mental illness is corroborated by medical evidence, solely on the basis of videos, the court cannot conclude mental illness.
