Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi, ICICI Bank has filed a suit against me.However, I am not approachable to bank. I came to know by the website that there is a case pending against me in Tees hazari court in Delhi. Currently I am out of the country. How can I know against what reason bank has filed a case against me. Thank for the help in advance.

May be Cheque Bounce Criminal cases

The copies of the case might be sent to your indian address. Refer the same

or take out the copies from the court. How much you can spent to get the copies?
