Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

judgement was given in the lower court. exparty has already deposited the amount in the court which were due to the petitioner. But the amount was not given by the lower court to the petitioner due to administration lapses. So the petitioner filed case in high court to claim his amount. Two years already passed. what steps i have to take to claim my amount from the court

on what grounds, the amount was not handed over. i ll have to go through the order of the lower court as well as the judgment and petition filed to the high court for clear opinion.
