Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am a kidney failure patient and living completely on dialysis, and due to my health reasons , i am not able to pay a previous loan of a bank. The concerned bank is going to send me a legal notice.If the loan amt is unpaid by me, and if i don't have any other assets, through which bank can recover my loan.And for this offence, can i be jailed? then what are the possibilities of my treatment in jail.When the patient is already bankrupted, will the Indian govt or court will bear the cost of the treatment of that patient.
