Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I had to lend 2 lakhs of rupees to one of my close friend. Now I want to legalise things by use of On-Demand-Promisory note. Do i need to affidavite the same so that later on it can't be claimed the document was signed forcefully?

No need for an affidavit. But you can get done one simple document for making it totally voluntary.
