Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Liability of non payment on family !!
Hello everybody, I had been working for the past 4 years in Mumbai but unfortunately for the past 6 months going thru a very turbulent phase. I had taken a couple of Personal Loans and a few Credit Cards, which was going well till the last 6 months. The company stopped the salaries and hence is in a mess with all the debts. Due to inability I could not pay the said installments.
My question is that, since I am not able to pay, can these collections agents and attorneys force money out of my parents or harass them, though they r staying in Kolkata. Because this is what is happening and I am worried about my father's health as it has deteriorated since these threatenings occurred.
Please help and fast.

dear brother the details given by you are not sufficient to provide information which u are seeking.

i think you can save yourself and ur parents upto a great extent but i would suggest you to contact a lawyer immediately for correct information.
