i took a loan from cholamandlam nw for last 10 months i m unable to pay the emi the total amount i hav to pay to bank is 60000 kindly tell me that can bank sue me.or what can bank do agaginst me with the help of indian law.can they arrest me if they can then after what kind of procedude.
