Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
A loan was defaulted 6 years ago, proceedings continued for a year, then everything came to halt. Its now 5 years , we never heard anything from Bank. What is this. Would there be any charges happening against this . Is it dissolved. any clue about this.
