Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in

I have taken a loan in 2008 November, I just paid only 1emi for my luck i lost my job in December 2008. I am still jobless, but bank people are harassing me to pay my emi's I recently got married and these people traced my address from monster and came near my in-law's place which has created a lot of problems in my personnel life. I will not be able to pay any money unless i get a job even though I informed them still they are harrowing please help me to get out of this. I will pay them for sure after i get a job.

you have to write the high ups in the bank for reorganising your emi. Why not request for moratorium. Or you may write to ombudsman.
