Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I would like to know the following :

I have loans and credit card dues in India. Presently, I am working outside India. I got a call from one of the bank with whom the Credit Card balance is there, he was threatening me that �MAKE THE PAYMENT OR ELSE WE WILL TAKE U BACK TO INDIA THROUGH EMBASSY/CONSULATE�, is it possible, please advice as soon as possible.

What measuring should I take, can I file the suit for Insolvency through my lawyer in India? Can I inform my employer, where I am working presently about this situation?.

No, they cannot. they only have a right to file civil suit and serve you at the address but if they do not have your address, where would they serve you. where are the ground for insolvency. there is no need to inform the employer.
