i have lost my job last year and due to which i was not able to pay my credit card dues and i have gone for settlement bank has made me defaulter?.

Now i have applied for HDFC loan and came to know that my name is defaulter in credit card and due to which i am not getting any personal loans.

i done settlement in Credit card and still my name is there is seen in defaulter.

i want know whether or not i am able to get loan from the bank in future?

If i have done settlement whether i have to pay amount to the bank after settlement also?
