Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi This is Madhu, I have HDFC Credit Card, i swipped Rs.55,000 and did payment of 32,000 again they are saying 55,000 saying that your salary will be block otherwise u have to pay 55000 please suggesst me on this.

in case you have already paid 32000 out of 55000, how can they demand 55 again. you may post additional details and you may approach the consumer court for the same. most of the financial institutions themselves indulge in unfair practises.
