Some materials were supplied to a company under c/o ministry of trade & industry in Bhutan.

Thereafter, a balance sum of Rs. 1lakh is due. they have failed to pay despite several reminders. what course of action can be taken against the it?

you will have to send a notice to the company and min of trade and industry in Bhutan with copy to ministry of external affairsof India in India. If money does not come seek permission of min of ext affair india to file a civil summary suit for recovery
