i had given money to my friend and she told me she would return me with in 3 days but after 3 months ahe had not given the money only given a cheque ofher which has no balance whenever i try to connect her she cut or sms me she is busy

you have to file case for recovery. Second you may file a criminal case for punishment for giving you a cheque which bounced. But for the criminal case, you must give her a notice with in 30 days of the date of info of bouncing of cheque from bank. After the notice, if money is not paid you may file the criminal complaint against her. Suit for recovery also can be a summary suit on the basis of dishonoured cheque.
