Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

i have taken money from a person and i have given a cheque against it. now i m not able to pay the amount at the earliest but i will pay. my cheque has been dishonour. what can i do to save myself.

You can't do much except to convince him to give you more time to pay.
