non payment of outstanding dues

I am the proprietor of a SSI unit manufacturing plastic containers in Goa,India.I am yet to receive Rs 6,33,000/- from a pharma company towards sale of goods made during may'08-june'08 for which I have necessary documents even a statement from the company accepting the outstanding amount.I want to make a representation to the facilitation council under section 15 of MSMED Act-2006.Do you feel it will give me swift results as against all other available options?If not then what could be the best option?Your valuable advice is eagerly awaited.Kindly help!

You may raise a demand notice upon the debtor and pursue your remedy for recovery of your money in accordance with law.

you may file a suit for recovery of due against the company in the civil court under order 37 of civil procedure code and in case you have all the documents ready along with their admission of amount, you will get your money fast.
