Payment of Deficient stamp duty

Pl clarify what is the method of paying deficient stamp duty on a document. will non payment of deficient stamp duty makes it inadmissible in a court of law

Re: Payment of Deficient stamp duty

You may make payment of the deficient amount, along with the amount of penalty, with the permission of the court, for making the document admissible in evidence.

The penalty amount may be twenty times of the duty payable.
