I have personal from icici bank due to non employment i could not pat 10 installments now i am ready to pay, but now i am getting threatening calls from delhi police that we have non billiable warrants against you you contact lawyer, who internally told me to pay the dues, what are the consequences

delhi police does not threat anyone over loan disputes and its the job of recovery agents hired by icici. you can file a complaint before the local police for the harassment meted out to you and you can opt to file a complaint before the magistrate as well.
