Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
i took some personal loan from 3 -4 banks..and paid till 7 -8 emis. after that i couldn't pay due to financial probelms. now they say that the banks are got non bailable warrant against me. what i should do. am in a financial crisis & unable to pay the dues. pl help me

you need to check whether there are non bailable warrants in fact pending against you or it is a mischief of bank officials to harass you and take out the money.
