personal loan & credit card loan
i have taken personal & credit card
loan in dubai. now that i have been
sent on long leave i am un able to
pay what action will the bank take
if i do not pay. now i am in india

they may file a criminal complaint of cheating against you; it may be possible that they may issue a "look out notice" for your arrest.
It may be better to settle the dues as early as possible and avoid any legal problem.

how much is the loan amount n what is the name of the bank. what grounds you propose to evade your legal liability. do mention.
