I have take Personal Loan frm G.E. Money had paid EMI thru recovery agency but not paid chq bounce amount can u advise me what i should do now ?

Pay the cheque bounce amount too to settle the matter with the bank or recovery agent of the bank.

As per negotiable instruments act before taking any action against you they will send you a legal notice to pay back the amount . so dont wory they will give u chance to pay.but i m all along agreed with Mr.kalra that u shuld pay the amount as soon as u can so even to avoid that legal notice.
