Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I took personal in year 2007 I wasn't able to pay off, Now I have charge on me under sec IPC 138, from past 4 months I'm not working, I'm looking for new job. I've no problem in making the payment but I can pay off in installment, loan was for 1 lac.
