Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi

I took a PMRY loan of 75000 from Dena Bank of which i Paid a total sum of 54000 after which i was not able to pay the amount after 4 years bank is sending a notice for court for paying 44000+ intrest which is not possible for me as i dont have a job i even dont have any personal assets on my name will i be jailed or the issue can be settled as i didn't even took the subsidy that was there with the loan the max that i can pay current is 5000 to 7000 kindly help me thanks

Best is to reply to the notice stating that you are interested to settle this matter on favorable negotiation.
