Property attachment / Debt Recovery

Builder sold property to me and several others and then mortgaged the same to a bank. Entire building now attached by DRT since 4 years. We are the objectors. Is there a legal way whereby I can sell my property if buyer takes on the liability, if and when matter is decided? Is it possible to approach DRT or bank with such a request individually?

You may sell whatever rights you have in the property.

You can file a complaint of 420 coz he sold the property to you and lean the same to the bank. Who is in possession.?

First right is of the banker but you can defend the case in DRT.
