recovery of money from lyods finance ltd
My father is a senior citizen (78yrs) . He had a deposit of a sum in Lyods Finance ltd Calcutta. which has matured 8 years ago in 1999 but we have not yet received any thing from them as they say that the co. does not have sufficient funds to pay off. The Hon'ble court has set up a commitee under Hon'ble Justice A.B.Palkar in the Mumbai branch. We require money immideatly for my sister's marriage . what should we do?

that company if has gone in sica then there is different procedure. otherwise file suit for recovery u/o 37 and also file consumer case and also file case of cheating.
