Have recvd a letter from a lawyer for a credit card ddefault made in 2001 after 10 yrs....what is the time span wherin the Credit casrd companies can come back after to claim the old dues ?

Do not reply to this notice as to recover the amount ,the limitation is 3 years and your last transaction was in 2001. The bank cannot claim anything from you after 10 years .
