To remove name from civil list
I have made full & final settlement
in the bank for my credit card
outstanding amount but still my
name is reflecting in the civil list I
made in ''29 Apr 2009'' how long it
will take to remove my name from
civil list

It is really very much annoying about having a name in the civil list even after paying off all the debts.You have only one remedy to solve out your propblem,you have to make a complaint to the concerned Ombudsman of your bank who works under the guidance of the RBI.The Ombudsman will solve your problem granting the charges and all.

You may make a complaint with the local Consumer Forum against the concerned credit card company/bank.
