Not removing name from Cibel

Hi,

I was holding an SBI credit card no 4317575224052523 in the name of Abhineesh Srivastava which is having an outstanding of Rs 600 in the month of June.

In the month of Dec'-08 i received a call from bank recovery department that my card outstanding is Rs 4000 on enquiring about charges they told me if you want to settle the account you have to pay half of the amount also they told me that they have updated my details as defaulter in Cibel database.

I've deposited the said amount i.e Rs 2000 against my card outstanding and surrendered my card.

On 8th March again i've received an SMS from bank that my credit card has an outstanding of Rs 350 . I've called up the bank call center about my card outstanding and status of my card. I've told that My card is deactivated and there is no need to pay that amount they also told me that i will receive an settlemet letter within 10 days regarding the same.
