Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

What is a repayment liability of Applicant for Bank Loan when House Property was Registered in Wife's name and she was Co-applicant with Husband(applicant) and was shown dependent while taking Loan and has entangled her Husband in Legal case by filing Domestic Violence case 2005(Still pending) and thrown her husband from the house mentioned above. The House was mortgaged to bank as security.
