Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I am resident of Durgapur W.B.I fell sick for 1.5 years. I sold my only two trucks & gathered money around 10 lacs. In influence of one of my friend I signed a agreement with one proprietorship firm for discounting of their waste paper supply payment, where his father is witness on a Rs.100/- stamp paper agreement. assuring me for keeping my investment safe & guaranteeing a profit of Rs.500/0 oer ton. he also gave me three blank bank cheques.
Now he has defaulted. When getting hold of his father trying debar the son from his property which is in Bihar.
Now that person is also trying to file bankruptcy.

You have not mentioend what diesease you had for 1.5 years and whether you claim that you signed the agreement due to infirm or unsound mind.
