Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

i am running a construction company and some of my employee has issued credit card in their name , residence add and given my office add as correspondence add , as i have openened a salary account for the workers , after getting the credit card they have used and know cant pay so the bank approached to the company (me) for their repayment after a long argue they told the credit card alloted to your worker as been used by you and all the workers card you have taken and they have filed a case of fraud . can you help me out.

unless the bank has an evidence to this effect, the liability of employees cannot be shifted on you. seek legal help.
