what are the procedures that are to be adopted by the bank to take possession of the borrowers immovables? ie from the date of becoming npa to the day of issuing sale certificate?
when can the bank get the assistance of court in this issue?

They have got full rights to take the possesion of the borrowers immovables from the day of issuing a sale certificate.

Bank will sent you two months notice and there after start proceeding like attachment of property etc.
