Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

SBI Credit Card Defaulter, its three years now.

Somebody traced my current Mb # and started threatening me saying they will be taking legal action and will report me as a defaulter with my current employer, which will lead to my termination... Please advise I am very worried... they are quoting very high amount for settlement and told me as they are nationalised bank they can speak with my HR and ask them to reimburse the amount from my salary... and terminate me immediately
