Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

I had an SCB Card and settled the same in year 2001 by paying 27000 rupees against the over due of 44,000 but my POS value was only 28000 and they have agreed for the settlement with 27000 that time and gave me a letter off FFS. now recenltly i found the portfolio has been sold to SHAHA finlease and they have posted a huge overdue against my account in CIBIL , but i luckily i have the settlement proof but still shaha is trying to threaten for further paymenthttps://www.lawguru.com/answers/ask#
