Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India
I have been served with notice by bank lawyer to appear before sole arbitrator appointed by bank for my outstanding credit card dues.can he pass an exparte order. and if he does what do i do after that.

yes, he may pass ex parte order which he is empowered under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. Atleast send a letter challenging his appointment in absence of any arbitration agreement and that he has no authority to adjudicate upon the dispute, if any. send by post.
