i am a share broker and one of my client has been unable to pay his loss . he has issued me many checks that have bounced and now he is neglecting from giving me any money. pls help

you have an option for filing a suit for recovery and also complaint u/s 138 of negotiable instruments act.

You have two remedies available under the law . 1) Sec138 N I act criminal proceedings for bouncing of cheque and recovery suit u/o 37 CPC .
