Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Please let me know whether a signed blank paper be misused, If there is no corresponding transaction to prove the geniunity and also anyone can put anyones signature on a blank paper and fill whatever he likes. So how valid is it? If there is no contract at all, or any type of business relation or any such transactions.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I can only comment that it is utter foolishness on the part of the person signing on a blank paper, leaving and surrendering all options to the receiver of the signed blank paper to fill in any text that he / she so desires at his / her free will.

Never repeat this foolishness again.
