Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Hi sir, My name is Anwar from India, I have left uae 6 months ago without settlement my credit card debts. I want to go again to uae to settle my debts during my job. But It came to know my name is blacklisted in immigration. What shall I do to go back to Dubai and clear my debt doing job? Please help me sir.

u need to communicate with the bank, ask them the formalities for removing your name from black list. you may pay them the dues and get the NOC from them. tender the same to visa authorities to remove the objections.

you have to clear the bank first then you able to remove your name from Police..please contect us for further help
