Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Sir,
Earlier i am using HSBC Credit card, Due to some major accident i am not paying amount approx 20000/-, My out standing payment is 20000/- approx. at that time i am staying in ahemdabad after accident i am coming back to my native place hyd, after accident my recovery will take 5 months, after 5 months i am forgetten the payment, after that i am not receiving any from hsbc, Today they are calling me and asking to pay 220000/- rs. i am asking to his person i am unable to pay this much of amount my getting salary is 20000/* PM, After that they are reducing 170000/- payment and balance 50000/- to pay single time, can we pay r fight for this issue which is better. Plz confirm.
