Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

sir, i had given a lump sum amount to my relative for his personal use...some by cash and some by cheque. i have taken it in written from him over a 100rs. bond paper. i also have taken blank cheque from him for the said amount. As i am not able to get my money back, i want to initiate legal action against him...so how should i proceed...which articles/section will be considered in this case.

it is better if you file a suit for recovery for the original sum along with reasonable interest under order 37 of civil procedure code.
