Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

sir i dont have money to hire a lawyer for my case as i mentioned in credit card issue in previous question because i am a student now and i am not earning power. i can pay only my credit card dues after i become a lawyer until i can't. is there any other way to sort out this issue or i am law college student and i have self defend to handle my case?......please guide me sir

then you have no option but to wait for them to file a case and then you may defend your case yourself.

No, you have another remedy. You may walk in to the office of State Legal Aid Authority in the district where the case is pending. fill up a form and give an affidavit that you are student, living alone AT .... and have no income, you will be given a free legal aid lawyer by the state.
