hi sir this is regarding non payment of bill in my company from last 7 months by party from noida and my company is from delhi and my age is 65 years and i am facing lot of mental and health tension due to this payment which stuck pls help me to solve this problem legally

hi,

You can recover the amount by initiating legal proceeding against the company. Can first send them a legal notice. What is the amount of bill. ? If even after the legal notice they dont pay then you may file a recovery suit or winding up petition if the its a Pvt Limted company.

If you have all the bills and communications proof of supply of goods of services then you will surely recover your money.
