sirs citibank officials keep on caling and harasing me for an payment due of credit cards which i had not ever applied and used, they are keep on sending me mails they ll go for legal action and they ll forward my information to CIBIL, actually am a but confused and by past 2 years am living in dubai, now i am afraind abt coming india, do they ll do something in me while the time of arrival, i had not signed any of their documents or not received any card, i think some one con the bank in my name, kindly help me

send the legal notice and file a case against the bank.Rest tell the exact date when the card was issued from the bank and then may be we will guide you other steps.

You may file a case in the Consumer Forum of your area in India and claim damages for harrassment against the Bank.
You better not ignore this problem, as interest on credit cards are high and compounded too.
Issue a legal notice and then follow it by filing the litigation to STOP the harassment and for compensation.
